Introduction

Action for Impact or A4I is a venture that is designed to address the issues young people face while decision or policy making. A4I focuses on social change driven by youth. The venture’s activities include delivery of quality public service, skill enhancement programs and decent work initiatives. A4I will also build bridges between the youth and civil societies, government institutions and private sector organizations operating at both local and national levels.

Background

Unfortunately, this very important age group still suffers from a lack of proper support systems. Most countries don’t have up-to-date education, health care or chances for skill development when it comes to young people. The youth’s voice is also sadly neglected in matters of decision or policy-making. ActionAid has taken initiatives to set up Action for Impact (A4I) to solve these issues.
