COP31 should not produce another layer of commitments without delivery. It should close the
gap between ambition and implementation. For Bangladesh, which means turning NDC 3.0
into action, securing the international support required to do so, and ensuring that the
communities facing the greatest climate risks have the resources and power to shape their
